What Silent eSIM is

One eSIM, one balance, and no plan attached to it. You choose how much credit to start with, scan a QR code to install the eSIM, and your data is metered per megabyte at the published rate for whichever country you are standing in. There are no daily passes, no per-country bundles to juggle, and no block of gigabytes to burn through before a deadline.

Coverage runs across 200+ countries and hotspot is on by default. Prices are published rather than quoted: every country's per-GB rate is listed on the rates page before you spend anything.

The choices we made, and what they cost you

Every one of these is a trade. Here is the other side of each.

• No account. There is no sign-up, no password and no identity check. Your eSIM is reached with an access code and a PIN. That is the real cost: lose both without attaching an email, and we cannot let you back in, because we never learned anything else about you. Save them somewhere safe.
• No app. Installing an eSIM is a QR scan inside your phone's own settings. An app would be one more thing to install, update, and trust with permissions it does not need, so there isn't one.
• Email is optional, and only for recovery. Attach an address if you want a way back into your eSIM from a new device, or a warning before the balance runs low. Leave it blank and the order stays anonymous.

How paying works

Card payments are accepted up to $200 per order. Above that, or if you would rather not use a card at all, you can pay in cryptocurrency through Cryptomus — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, Monero and 300+ others. A new eSIM carries a one-time $5 setup fee; topping up an eSIM you already have costs nothing extra, and the top-up goes straight onto the same balance with no reinstall.

Who runs this

We do not publish a founder's name or an office address. That is deliberate, and we would rather say so plainly than dress it up: this is a privacy product, and it would be a strange one that demanded your identity while advertising ours. It is also, fairly, the part of Silent eSIM you have the least reason to take on trust.

So judge the parts you can check instead. The per-country rates are published up front on the rates page, so you can compare them before you pay. The refund policy says exactly what comes back and what does not. The terms and the privacy policy are written in normal English, and the privacy policy is mostly a list of things we never collect.

About "never expires"

We mean it literally: your balance carries no expiry date, no dormancy fee and no countdown. Money you load this year is still there next year. What we will not claim is that any company runs forever. If Silent eSIM were ever wound down, remaining balances would be handled under the terms of service rather than quietly disappearing. That is a smaller promise than "forever", and it is the one we can actually keep.

If something goes wrong

Open a ticket on the support page. It goes to a person, not a phone tree, and you do not need an account to use it — your access code, order ID or ICCID is enough to find your eSIM. If a payment went through and the data did not, say so there and we will sort it out.
